USA Cheerleading Tour...It's on!
After months of training and fundraising, Adrenalin Powerhouse (QLD), Fit 2 Cheer "Royals" (WA), Star-Mites Gymsports "Cometz" & "Starz", and Visual Energy Studios "Silver Stars" (SA) departed to Hawaii on the AUS Cheer USA Cheerleading Tour to compete at the Aloha International Spirit Championships.  Some teams went direct from Sydney, while others went via NZ.  In the end, they were all greeted by the wonderful Aloha Organisers and presented with beautiful leis.

The first two teams to arrive were Star-Mites (WA) and Visual Energy Studios (SA), who travelled together on the same plane from Sydney.  Shortly after, Adrenalin Powerhouse (QLD) arrived, who had a mad dash in Sydney after their plane was delayed in Brisbane.  These teams had the afternoon to soak up some Hawaiian sun and do a spot of shopping before their rooms were ready.  Teams made their own plans for dinner...

Fit 2 Cheer arrived at 11pm, and it was straight to bed for them!

After much discussion and confirmation from the IASF, please find following a clarification on pyramids.

To be eligible for maximum difficulty points in pyramids, more than one pyramid must be executed showing multiple positions. Any two pyramids will suffice to meet this requirement. For example:
1.      You could do a pyramid>transition>pyramid (eg You can hit a pyramid, sponge or cradle down, and then hit another pyramid); OR
2.      You could do a pyramid>dismount>tumble>dance then another pyramid.
A separate pyramid is considered when the structure has been changed.
