Gymnastics SA Innovation through Participation Education Congress
SA kicked off their cheerleading season with an Athlete and Coaches Workshop held during their Education Congress in January. Workshop presenter Jasmine Crowsley flew from Melbourne to prepare these athletes and fine tune their stunt technique.  Jasmine also provided coaches some valuable tips in choreographing routines.  Everyone who participated were keen to take their new ideas back to training and wow us at their next comp!
